ConsonaSync (“we”, “us”, “our”)  is a trading style of Stephen Banks, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom and provides software integration services and subscription products to individuals and businesses.

2. Our Services

 

    • ConsonaSync provides tools that connect e-commerce platforms and accounting systems.

    • Services are made available on a subscription basis via our website.

    • Access requires an internet connection, a compatible platform, and valid login credentials.

3. Accounts

 

    • You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential.

    • You must ensure the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

    • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

 

    • Subscriptions are billed automatically according to the billing cycle you choose (e.g. monthly or annually).

    • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe via WooPayments).

    • Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

    • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account portal.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

 

    • Please refer to our separate Refund Policy page for details of your rights.

    • Access to services continues until the end of the paid billing period, even if you cancel early.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

 

    • Misuse our services (e.g. attempt to gain unauthorised access).

    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy our software except where permitted by law.

    • Use our services in any unlawful way or for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

 

    • All intellectual property rights in our website, services, and software remain ours.

    • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use our services in accordance with these Terms.

8. Service Availability

 

    • We aim to provide uninterrupted access but do not guarantee it.

    • We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

 

    • Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

    • Our liability for direct losses shall be limited to the total fees paid by you in the last 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or misuse the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
