Thank you for choosing ConsonaSync. We want you to be confident in your subscription purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may apply.


1. Digital Products & Subscriptions

  • ConsonaSync provides digital services delivered immediately upon purchase.
  • By subscribing, you agree that access begins straight away and that you waive the standard 14-day “cooling-off” period under UK consumer law for digital content.

2. When Refunds Are Available

We will provide a refund if:

  • You were charged more than once due to a billing error.
  • You purchased the wrong plan by mistake and notify us promptly (within 7 days).
  • You are unable to access the service due to a fault on our side which we cannot resolve within a reasonable time.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be given for:

  • Partial months or unused portions of a subscription.
  • Change of mind after access has been provided.
  • Issues caused by your own hosting, internet connection, or third-party integrations outside our control.

4. Cancelling Your Subscription

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal.
  • Cancellation stops the next renewal. You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No further payments will be taken after cancellation.
